Where can I buy the products?

You can buy them directly from our online shop.

Simply click on the selected product to view the product card, containing the information relating to the item.

To place the order just click on “Add to cart”, this will open a screen where you can decide whether to complete the purchase or continue shopping and looking for other items.

Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘Complete the purchase’ to proceed with the order. You will be directed to the order summary where you can change the quantities of the items, or remove them, and complete the purchase procedure.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose between the available payment methods (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).

Please note that payment is completely secure, as credit card data is protected from unauthorized access by SSL (‘Secure Socket Layer‘) encrypted data transfer, which is not accessible to third parties.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times are 72-96h.

If you order by 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped on the same day it is placed.

We ship with GLS.

Once the products have been shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free for orders over €199 cost, otherwise it costs €4.90.

We always include a gift in each shipment.

1- Choose the perfect gift for the person you want to surprise from among the elegant handmade boxes or a gift card.

2 – Choose to whom you want to send the gift and write the message.

We will write the gift tag for you, completely by hand.

3- Choose where to send the gift, we will deliver it directly to the house of the person you want to surprise
