Right of withdrawal and return of the goods

  • The customer is entitled to withdraw for any reason the purchase agreement, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/05.
  • The customer must notify its intention to cancel the contract within three days, through an email or our contact form and provide for the return of the goods within the following seven days.
  • The products have to be substantially intact; Therefore the customer is responsible for the packaging of the items to return.

  • In the case of products apparently defective, undertakes to replace the same within 7 days from delivery date. The replacement product must be returned in the best way, with original cap. They will not be replaced empty bottles.
